MOQs & hoops
Small runs are feasible; left‑chest and cap placements are most economical. Larger back pieces take longer.
Artwork guidelines
- Vector artwork preferred for best digitising results. Clean shapes outperform thin gradients.
- Limit extremely fine details; minimum stitch height ~4–5 mm for legibility.
- Send brand colours; we will match to available thread shades (including metallics on request).
- Provide DST/EMB if you already have it; otherwise we can digitise for you.
